From 22-24 May the Health Week will take place at Sports Centre de Bongerd! Besides sports we will also focus more on health.

Would you like to get more insight in your own health? For example by taking a health check or a body fat percentage measure. Moreover, you can subscribe for a sports massage or join a run training to improve your running technique. Every day during the lunch different healthy lunches will be offered for a fair price.

10.00 – 11.00 Body composition measurements by Ingi Alofs (10 minutes)

12.30 – 13.30: Healthy Lunch & Smoothies @ the Sports Pub

14.00 – 14.30 Body composition measurements by Ingi Alofs (10 minutes)

20.00 – 22.00 Film Food Choices in Meeting Room 2

Tuesday 23th of May
12.00 – 13.00 Sports massages by Matthijs Klaassen (15 minutes)

12.30 – 13.30: Healthy Lunch & Smoothies @ the Sports Pub

13.15 – 14.00 Health checks by Tijmen Oostenbrugge (20 minutes)

14.00 – 15.00 Sports massages by Matthijs Klaassen (15 minutes)

15.30 – 16.30 Body composition measurements by Ingi Alofs (10 minutes)

20.00 – 21.00 Vinyasa Yoga Class by Julie von Gruenigen in Meeting Room 2 (maximum 20 people)

12.30 – 13.00: Stretching Routine by Julie von Gruenigen @ the grass field in front of Forum

13.15 – 15.15 Health checks by Tijmen Oostenbrugge (20 minutes)

15.30 – 16.30 Sports massages by Matthijs Klaassen (15 minutes)

16.45 – 17.45 Running technique training by Tonnie Dirks (one hour; maximum 20 participants)
