Do you already have experience in working on the High Performance Computing Cluster (HPC), but you want to know more or to speed up your computing jobs on the HPC? Then you can join the free advanced HPC course. After a short introduction, the focus of this course will be on tips & tricks to speed up working with the HPC. You are expected to have knowledge of and experience in working on the HPC. It is not recommended to attend this course in conjunction with the HPC Basic course as you need the experience on working on the HPC.

High Performance Computing Cluster (HPC)
With the advent of more powerful and effective scientific instrumentation, the complexity and amount of data being generated is exploding. The ability to process, analyze and ultimately act on this data is becoming a critical element of research success. Whether it be used for modelling, simulations, analysis or visualization of data.
The HPC is designed as a high available and versatile platform. Whether your job needs lots of memory, raw compute power or enormous storage demands, this HPC can handle your requests.
