Interactive guest-lecture by dr. Joreintje Mackenbach: "How the food environment influences food choices"
Dr. Joreintje Mackenbach has a background in Health Sciences (Policy & Management and Public Health) and obtained her PhD on obesogenic environments in 2016. She is currently working as a postdoctoral researcher on the upstream determinants of lifestyle behaviours and chronic disease risk. Joreintje will give a lecture on how the food environment influences food choices, and why this may be different for different types of people.
On September 14th, dr. Joreintje Mackenbach will present a guest lecture on “how food environments influence food choices - why this may be different for different types of people”.
Joreintje will be presenting her research for 45 minutes. The presentation will be followed by an interactive discussion session (45 minutes). A free lunch will be offered at 12:00.
