The Dutch Dairy Association would like to invite you for the Farewell symposium of prof. dr. ir. Toon van Hooijdonk, endowed chair in Dairy Sciences at Wageningen University since 2007.

The farewell address will close a mini-symposium on sustainable diets addressing innovative approaches to model the trade-offs between sustainable food production and nutrition and health of consumers, with special attention for the role of dairy products. The invited speakers will reflect on how suitable and scientifically robust indicators can be developed for SHARP diets, which are Sustainable, Healthy, Affordable, Reliable (supply stability and safety) and Preferable (consistent with cultural norms and preferences around food).
