Forum C103, 12:45-13:45 - Laughter yoga is a way to connect with other people. Everybody has a different laugh and we can share them and celebrate our differences. In laughter yoga, we laugh for no reason. You don’t need humour! We do laughter exercises (theatre-like) and breathing exercises. By laughing your brain makes endorphins which make you feel good and it relieves stress. This workshop is given by Samira van der Loo, who is a certified Laughter-Yoga teacher.
