In this 3 day workshop you will explore the thoughts, feelings and convictions that habitually rule how you make choices. And also whether your actual behaviour is in line with what is truly important to you, your values. The workshop consists of experiential exercises done in a group in which you will get to explore your values around present issues in your life. You will also practice using your values as an inner compass in making important choices.
