Lunch seminar “Applications of advanced mass spectrometry @ Wageningen UR”

Is it possible to visualise the spatial distribution of molecules on a tissue or surface? Can I find out what volatile organic compounds are emitted by plants? How can you best distinguish different molecules in a sample that have exactly the same molecular weight? During this lunch seminar you can learn about our new mass spectrometry facilities, that can tackle these and many more research questions, and talk to the MS experts.

Organised by Shared Research Facilities

Wed 18 June 2014 12:00 to 14:00

Venue Impulse, gebouwnummer 115

Recently CAT-AgroFood, shared research facilities of Wageningen UR, has invested in several state-of-the-art mass spectrometers. CAT-AgroFood provides researchers from universities, research institutes and companies the possibility to make use of the facilities. During the seminar applications of all mass spectrometers will be presented. The pitches are followed by an interactive marketplace where you can ask the experts specific information about how the facilities can help to answer your research question.

You are welcome to attend this free seminar. If you are interested to join, please register.
