Monique Bremer and Shanna Bastiaan-Net, as representatives of the Allergy Consortium Wageningen, will give an update about the ins and outs research conducted at RIKILT and Wageningen Food & Biobased Research towards consumer friendly allergen detection, characterisation of (novel) allergies and prospects of immunotherapies.
