In DR Congo, we have evaluated 19 Southern Partner Organisations, over a period of two years (2012-2014). This workshop is to validate and discuss our findings with the partner organisations, as well as Bukavu-based staff of the Dutch funding organisations.
The MFS II evaluation assesses effectiveness, efficiency and relevance of development funding at country level and on international lobbying and advocacy, by making use of innovative research methods. MFS II is the grant scheme through which the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs finances Dutch development organisations to reduce poverty in the global South.
For more information on the MFS II evaluation, see the project pages.
