NutriScience: A Multifaceted Approach to Nutrition Research

2nd International Advanced course

From 1-5 june 2015, the NutriScience course will take place in Wageningen.

In one week candidates will learn about multidisciplinary nutritional science, covering approaches from cell-to individual-to population and including sensory, molecular, epidemiology, and physiology. This years’ topic is carbohydrates, used as an example to illustrate how multidisciplinary nutrition science can be conducted.

We have a wide range of lecturers from different institutes, including dr. Vasanti Malik from Harvard University.
