SG-activity - Experiencing Film with Kevin Toma
Together with Kevin Toma, movie reviewer of De Volkskrant, we explore the surprising possibilities of the ‘seventh art’. Kevin will show several movie scenes, analyse how they stimulate our senses and discuss them with the public.
Cinema seems to be about vision and sound. We watch a story, told by the projector and the dolby surround system. But cinema can also
distance itself from the plot and become more of a total experience,
stimulating senses like taste, touch and smell. How can it be that we almost feel or smell certain movies? It promises to be a stimulating evening!
