Stress is a hot topic. Not the least amongst students. Students report for example that they experience stress in relation to study pressure, study loans and social media. During this training attention will be paid to several questions related to stress. For example what do we mean with stress? What causes stress? How to deal with these causes? How to deal with your stress?
The goal is to offer you insights and tools that can help you managing your (study) stress in an effective way.
In this training you will work on recognising negative, self-undermining thoughts and how to think more constructively. Additionally, you will learn how to make use of your qualities, set priorities and to apply relaxation techniques.
Course duration: 4 sessions of 2,5 hours
Self-study: as much as you need
