Wageningen Indonesian Scientific Exposure (WISE) is a platform for all Indonesian (PhDs, Postdocs, MSc, and Alumni) studying at Wageningen University & Research to share their research and ideas to broader scientific communities.

Wageningen Indonesian Scientific Exposure (WISE) was established in 2016 and was envisioned as a platform for the Indonesian studying at Wageningen University & Research (WUR) to share their research and ideas to broader scientific communities.

The WISE event was successfully organized as an annual symposium, in which the WISE2017 was held in Wageningen University & Research (WUR), Wageningen and the WISE2018 was held in the Indonesian Institute of Sciences (LIPI), Indonesia.

WISE2019

Together with the Wageningen International, the Indonesian PhDs and Postdocs in WUR will organize the WISE2019 as a part of WUR Dies Natalis Celebration. The half day symposium will be conducted at 12th March 2019 in Wageningen, with theme “United in Science Diversity: Bringing Indonesian-Wageningen Together”.

Call for abstracts

All of the WUR Indonesian PhDs/Postdocs are invited to submit an abstract (of a maximum of 2 pages, A4-size) for poster presentation. The oral presenter will be selected based on the abstract and the representation of PhDs from each graduate school will be selected for the pitch presentation.
