International classroom

An interactive session for lecturers and students on how to make a new group of international students feel at home in a new series of lectures. Not all students are familiar with the educational styles in The Netherlands. A good kick-off prevents a lot of confusion and uncertainty during the semester. Work with your students to identify types of behaviour that everyone recognizes. Be clear about goals, expectations, instructions and processes and make sure everyone feels involved, heard, seen and valued.
