SG - Roomservice 2025

This year’s Student Room Festival will be a mix of dance, music, theatre, circus and virtual reality. Performances take place in various student rooms, the big church, a pole-dance studio and the Maakfabriek, all transformed into intimate stages. Enjoy!

Get yourself some tickets and some friends to explore Wageningen like you have never experienced it before! In hidden rooms and through surprising portals you will step into different worlds, where you will be juggled through emotions of amazement, festivity and wonder. Join us and enjoy the variety of performances, from pole dance to opera, from poetic lyrics to energising percussion. This year’s Student Room Festival will be a mix of dance, music, theatre, circus and virtual reality. Concept

The Roomservice programme consists of three rounds with shows of 30 minutes. Each performance is available in all 3 rounds. Buy a ticket for 3 shows and choose your favourite performances to compile your personal Roomservice 2025 programme!

  • Round 1: 20.00 - 20.30 h
  • Round 2: 21.00 - 21.30 h
  • Round 3: 22.00 - 22.30 h

In between the three rounds you will have 30 minutes to bike or walk to the next location (see map). We will end the night together with an amazing after party at Café Loburg.

  • After party: 23.00 h - closing time

Ticket Sale

Tickets can be bought from 3 until 6 November during lunch break (12.30 - 14.00 h) in the Studium Generale office (Forum, 019, ground floor).

Reservations can be made only from 30 October to 2 November, by ordering your tickets via info.sg@wur.nl. Reserved tickets should be picked up before 6 November, at the dates and times mentioned above. There is a limited amount of tickets. Be quick!

Ticket for 3 selected shows: Students € 6,00 Non-students € 15,00 Payment by cash or PIN.

By showing your ticket you can also join the afterparty in Loburg (full = full).
