Stuck inside- Strategies for improving the stability of enzyme-containing complex coacervate core micelles

This thesis describes several strategies to encapsulate enzymes in complex coacervate core micelles (C3Ms). Bioconjugation, genetic engineering and crosslinking approaches were employed to improve the stability enzyme-containing C3Ms. The obtained results will contribute to the design of C3M enzyme carriers of which the stability and dynamics can be tuned to specific applications.
