On 22 and 23 June the symposium ‘Food for Future’ took place. On this two day symposium trends and innovations in the entire food chain were presented. Production of food was a main topic: how will we feed the world population? In addition, there was also focus on the importance of role of consumers. It was the second of three symposia in the themes of 100 years WUR: life, food and earth.
