Consuming local food

Nowadays, more and more people are consuming local and sustainable food, which they get from the farmer living nearby or a local retailer. However, not everyone is in on this.

There is room for a student to research the perception of people about local food. What are people's opinions and ideas about this? Are they interested or not? And why?

Next,we want to know what people need to make a switch to local food and what resources they already have. And, what makes the consumption of local food attractive?
