How can use and usability of eHealth for kidney patients be improved?
The Kidney Care eHealth path has been available for almost 2 years now for patients with specific kidney diseases and patients with chronic kidney damage. It is multidisciplinary, with medical information, but also information from kidney care nurses, medical social workers and kidney disease dieticians. The digital care path currently runs up to and including the phase in which the patient chooses a kidney function replacement therapy (dialysis or transplantation) or conservative therapy.
Unfortunately we notice in practice that a large number of patients do not use the eHealth or very little. We would therefore like to investigate how we can improve usage.
Type of research
It is an assignment on the theme of self-management and eHealth. Literature research will be part of the assignment, but also a large part of practical research among patients who have access to eHealth Kidney Care. And finally, we would like to receive recommendations for improvement.

MCH, MNH; students with interest in interpersonal health communication, eHealth and possibly using a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods.
