Sigrow is looking for talent that can contribute to the future betterment of the brand image of Sigrow. Being founded in 2014, Sigrow aims at simplifying agriculture by means of using climate data. Its slogan 'You can only control what you measure', reflects their vision to increase agricultural yield by using modern Internet of Things technologies. Sigrow developed an unique device that enables growers to measure and act upon the most fundamental climate factors at their production areas. Sigrow has a growing, international customer base and is continuously looking for ways to improve its business activities. Responsibilities

  • Fully support company’s PR strategy and execute it in different phases
  • Create and curate engaging content
  • Communicate and build relationships with current or prospect clients
  • Effectively utilize company’s social media and blogs
  • Create and distribute press releases
  • Assist in administrative duties
  • Build and update media lists and databases
  • Schedule, coordinate and attend various events
    Perform research and market analysis activities

Requirements

  • Bsc or Msc in public relations, communications or other relevant disciplines
  • Previous experience in PR-management or communication is a pre
  • Self-motivated, ability to multi- task, critical thinking, problem solving skills, initiative, drive, common sense, creativity and flexibility are essential
  • Affinity with horticulture and technology
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Fluency in Dutch and EnglishAvailability for at least four months
