Within Unilever Research Vlaardingen, in the Food Structuring group we explore new methods to structure foods in a natural way. In the PQN group (Preserved Quality Natural) we create Superior Quality Foods through natural preservation.

Early 2018 there will be some MSc-internships available for students interested/experienced in emulsions/colloid chemistry or physical chemistry of foods or natural preservation/oxygen sensitivity If you are interested, please send a short motivation letter and CV to: liesbeth.bouwens@unilever.com
