We are kicking off the Surf your Stress week with a nice energy boost. Find the oxygen bar at The Spot in Orion! There will be loads of activities so make sure to get your oxygen 'shot' at the bar, to energise for the week.

Some daily returning activities include, chair yoga, walk-in hours at student dean/psychologist, mindfulness and the free chair massages. Check the schedule for exact locations and times.

Do you sometimes get lost in options when making a decision? And recognise trying to figure it all out in your head, postponing choices, or eventually making choices you regret. Do you experience stress from decision making processes? Knowing what is important to you helps. Your values function as a compass. In this introductory workshop you will make a first step in exploring how values can help.

Spinning lecture: Daily happiness

In this happy and energetic lecture on a spinning-bike you will receive ánd experience some simple but effective tips and tricks to create happiness in your every-day-life. We will be biking on the spinning bike for 1 hour. Please wear comfortable sports clothes (a padded biking pence provides the best comfort) and bring a towel to cover the steer of the bike. Sports shoes with a firm sole are recommended.
