PPS data management recipe

The Data Management Recipe formalises the way that our group collects, stores, handles analyses and shares data. It describes how datasets must be organized and how to document them by adding appropriate metadata. The document also describes the standard setup of research projects on any computer system. This set up is facilitated by an R script that can be sourced to automatically create the appropriate folder structure, including example data and scripts. This includes a small example project written in the R language that demonstrates the principles of reproducible analysis.
