Spinning lecture: Daily happiness

In this happy and energetic lecture on a spinning-bike you will receive ánd experience some simple but effective tips and tricks to create happiness in your every-day-life. We will be biking on the spinning bike for 1 hour. Please wear comfortable sports clothes (a padded biking pence provides the best comfort) and bring a towel to cover the steer of the bike. Sports shoes with a firm sole are recommended.
