We will work on 1) recognizing negative, self-undermining thoughts and how to think more constructively; 2) how to make use of your qualities; 3) learning to set priorities and 4) how to apply relaxation techniques. The course will specifically focus on study stress.
Contribution: We ask a small contribution of 25 euro’s for this training. Teaching material is included.
Extra information: You can choose one of the six trainings. The trainings are alike. The first training sessions will start in the week of January 21st. The training sessions will take place in the evening and are once a week. You will be given exercises to do at home. Please realise that the training will cost approximately 4 hours a week (training included).
