In mathematics, axes are the vertical, horizontal and diagonal lines that make up the quadrants of a plane.
Similar to its mathematical equivalent, the Axis building also consists of three different components which are joined together: Axis X (formerly the Atrium building), Axis Y (formerly the Verbindingsgebouw) and Axis Z (formerly the Technotron building). Axis contains offices, teaching rooms, laboratories and experimental areas and houses Food & Biobased Research, the Department of Agrotechnology and Food Sciences, and the Centre for Biobased Economy.
Signs directing you to Wageningen Campus are placed along all major access roads to Wageningen. Once on the campus, follow the ‘P-route’ to car park P1 or P2. Here (and at all the other main car parks) you will find signs with directions to the various buildings on the campus. Axis' building number is 118.
