During the IUHPE 23rd World Conference on Health Promotion 7-11th April in New Zealand Annemarie Wagemakers will have an active role. She is presenting about the evaluation of a health brokers’ network, “real” community participation, promoting a healthy dietary intake in pregnant women with a low socioeconomic status in the Netherlands, citizen participation in Health in All Policies and the broker role in connecting the primary care and the physical activity sector.
