Cookbook swap and guided library tours during Foodcamp 10 December

During the Foodcamp on 10 December from 4 pm to 9 pm the Library organises guided tours on 'Food history'and a book swap for cookbooks. Please, feel free to walk in. You’re welcome.

During Foodcamp (10 December 4.00 pm - 9.00 pm in the Forum building) Wageningen UR Library organises 4 activities:

1. The Culture of Food: a small book exhibition in the Forum Library: We made a selection on the meaning and experience of food in our daily life.

2. Special Collections guided tour: old and rare publications on the theme ‘Food History’. Take a look at our treasures on the history of food production in beautiful illustrated books, manuscripts and images.

7.15 pm - 7.45 pm (in Dutch)

3. In the art showcase, on the right side of the Library entrance, fruits, vegetables and animal models are exhibited.

4. Cookbook swap. Would you like some new recipes on your menu? Bring your old cookbooks and swap them for new (secondhand) ones.
