From 27-29 March 2015 a course about Postharvest Physiology of fresh horticultural products (fruits, vegetables) took place in Shanghai, China.
The course was given by Uulke van Meeteren (from the chair group Horticulture and Product Physiology) and by Jan Verschoor (from WUR Food and Biobased Research group). The course was organised by Wageningen Academy together with the CHIC Foods group.The program included a variety of presentations, casestudies and experiments spread over three consecutive days. There were 35 participants, who actively participated in discussions and practical.
