From 8-11 October 2019 the Horticulture and Product Physiology group and Wageningen UR Food & Biobased Research again give a Postharvest Technology course, which is organized by Wageningen Academy.
This course gives an in-depth view on postharvest issues and provides tools to develop strategies to maintain postharvest quality.
Experts of the Horticulture and Product Physiology group, Wageningen UR Food & Biobased Research and the Postharvest Technology Center of UC Davis (USA) contribute to the course, which includes demonstrations,
hands-on activities and excursions.
