Former ENP PhD researcher Judith Tukahirwa to attend Harvard Kennedy School

Dr. Judith Tukahirwa has been commenced a prestigious Mid-Career study program at Harvard Kennedy School (HKS) in the USA.

In 2012, Dr. Judith Tukahirwa was appointed deputy executive director of the Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA).
