Launched: MicroMaster Biobased Sciences for Sustainability

The subscriptions for the first Dutch MicroMasters Biobased Sciences for Sustainability opened since 20 September. De MicroMaster consists of 5 MOOCs (Massive Open Online Courses) and a final project and exam. Everything is available online and accessable for everyone who wants to join, there are no admission requirements. This way, professionals in the biobased sector can join and use the MicroMasters to enhance their career with academic knowledge.

24 credits
The MicroMaster is online and modular: people can join and take the courses at their own pace. The MicroMaster also offers a pathway to credit. A succesfully completed MicroMasters equals 24 credits. Learners who succesfully completed the MicroMasters and wish to enrol in the new on campus Master Biobased Science can included the credits in their study programme, if they meet the general admission requirements for the Master too. 

First course starts January 24th, 2017
The first course (Biobased Principles & Opportunities) starts on January 24, but subscribtions for all courses in the programme are already open on internet.
