Mainstreaming fair trade: the role of retailers
ENP colleagues Peter Oosterveer and Astrid Hendriksen investigated the role retailers play in the fair trade supply chain, which has grown significantly over the last two decades.
Research has not yet paid attention to the role retailers play. This article uses the social practices perspective to investigate how retailers influence the fair trade supply in the Netherlands. The results are published in the Journal Sustainability: Science, Practice & Policy.
