Mini Symposium

On September 17th FPE organizes a mini-symposium:

'Recent advances in Drying & Food Process Engineering Research'

The two main speakers are Prof. Xiao Dong Chen from the Soochow University in China and Prof. Reinhard Kohlus from the University of Hohenheim in Germany. Both speakers will talk about the research of their university on Process Engineering and Drying.

After the symposium the PhD defence of Lu Zhang will take place: 'Bioactive Ingredients during Mini-bread Baking'.
