New research data policy at WUR
We all know the importance of looking after our research data well. This means safely storing data during research, to avoid data leaking and corruption, as well as after research, to allow verification and reuse in the future.
With this in mind, Wageningen University & Research has established new guidelines on research data, outlining how research data should be stored and archived, and finally registered in WUR’s output system.
This new blog post outlines the new policy and explains what it is based on. More information about the policy, and tips and tools to support in the implementation of it, will follow soon on the Data Management Support Hub. In the meantime, any questions can be sent to datamanagement.support@wur.nl.
