We are pleased to announce that we will organize a Postharvest Technology Course in Shanghai, specially designed for the Asian market. This course is developed and organized together with the Chic Knowledge Center of Excellence (CHIC).
The course gives international parties insight in the biology of postharvest development, ripening and deterioration. It furthermore discusses the current technologies for storage, packaging and handling of fresh horticultural products(fruits, vegetables and ornamentals). The topics are introduced by the experts dr. ir. Uulke van Meeteren en ir. Jan Verschoor.
