On January 29th FPE chairgroup holder Professor Remko Boom gave a lunch lecture on the Sustainable Food Initiative.
This initiative will be a community of the industry, scientists, entrepreneurs, students and consumers to look for new approaches to make the production of food more sustainable. The lecture was well received and many questions were asked.
