Publication: A multi-parent recombinant inbred line population of C. elegans allows identification of novel QTLs for complex life history traits

We developed a new C. elegans multi-parental recombinant inbred line population and show the distribution of genetic variation.

We identified quantitative trait loci and show the effects of local genetic variation on phenotypic traits.
