On March 15th 2014 Paul Struik was interviewed for the radio programme TROS Nieuwsuur regarding the subject global food supplies.
On the occasion of the publication of the paper 'Increasing homogeneity in global food supplies and the implications for food security' Paul Struik talked about the risk of our global diet becoming increasingly homogenized.
