Last month Wageningen UR Library held a survey about its website. The response was high and offered many ideas for revamping the Library website.

The survey about the website held last month yielded many useful responses. In total, 475 respondents filled in the survey. Most respondents were master's students (131 respondents). They gave the website, on average, a 3.17 on a 5-point scale. This is a satisfying result. But, there is always room for improvement. Two of the most popular suggestions for improvement were: a simpler method to log in to the website and a quick access to search for books or articles.

According to the respondents, searching for an article is the most important task on the Library website. This is closely followed by searching for literature on a subject. Logging in to Wageningen UR Library from off campus is also considered an important function. The respondents felt that the Library website supported them on the three items. The website's redesign will focus on these points.

The Library has drawn the ten winners for the book raffle and will notify them soon.
