In the Food Process Engineering Laboratory at Wageningen University, we seek a talented, ambitious scientist for a Tenure Track position, who is interested in linking fundamental phenomena to practical processes used for the preparation and production of food ingredients and structured food products. For example, microfluidics, emulsions and dispersions, microfluidics, separation processes, structured protein products (such as for meat analogues) and their digestion, 3D food printing and food drying are topics of interest within our Laboratory.
