The 'I' in FAIR indicates the data should be as Interoperable as possible and follows the standards of the relevant scientific communities.

Data management and data sharing is an important topic for researchers. For Horizon 2020 projects and increasingly for Wageningen University & Research there is a requirement that data collection follows the 'FAIR' guidelines. In a new blogpost in our Library blog about Open Science we elaborate on the background of these requirements and introduce the VEST registry as a starting point to learn about community standards.

We invite you to read and to comment on the blogposts of the OpenScience blog.
