Hilde van Zeeland is part of the Library's Research Support team. "I focus mainly on supporting researchers with their research data management (RDM)".

Hilde van Zeeland has been working at WUR Library since September 2016. In writing a research data management plan or a grant proposal, researchers need to answer quite a few questions. Think of: What data am I going to collect? Where am I going to store the data during the research? Where do I plan to archive the data afterwards, and why there? Will I share the data, and if not, why not? Hilde: "When researchers are not sure how to answer these questions, I am happy to help. This can be by e-mail, but it might also be by individual appointment in which we look at a data management plan or a grant proposal together."

Besides data issues, Hilde also informs researchers about platforms such as ORCID and Mendeley, and carries out bibliometric analyses for individuals and research groups. Should you ever have questions related to any of these areas, don’t hesitate to contact her!
