Marja Salo is a visiting PhD candidate from the University of Helsinki and the Finnish Environment Institute SYKE. She graduated from the University of Oulu with a major in geography in 2008. After completing the master’s degree, she has worked for several employers in academia, public administration and companies with responsibilities related to research on sustainable (household) consumption and mobility. From 2017-2020 she devotes most of her working time for a PhD project with a tentative title: “How to decrease the consumption footprint with carbon footprint calculators – A practice theory perspective”.
She will stay at the ENP group for about one month.
