iCropM presents interviews with PPS-staff.

After the International Crop Modelling Symposium (iCropM) in Berlin in March 2016, interviews with PPS staff have recently become available on the website of iCropM. Martin van Ittersum was interviewed about his work on yield gaps, crop growth models and global food production. Katrien Descheemaeker was interviewed about her work on sustainable intensification of smallholders farming systems to improve resilience and livelihoods in rural areas.

The aim of iCropM is to provide a platform for researchers to share advancements in agricultural model development and application. iCropM is organized by the Knowledge Hub FACCE MACSUR and AgMIP.
