Project
Restoration education
The UN Decade on Ecosystem Restoration (2021-2030) is ongoing, building momentum for the restoration of land-and foodscapes. This in turn has led to increased investment in landscape restoration, particularly in Africa. Current restoration efforts backed by public and private funding are expected to lead to an increased demand for restoration professionals.
The aim of this project is to develop a joint restoration curriculum with universities throughout the African continent to raise a generation of ‘restoration professionals’ that can make a difference with sustainable and inclusive foodscapes.
