Online time reservation light microscopes WLMC-Radix

As authorized user you can make direct bookings in the e-agenda for WLMC microscopes using a login name and password. This authorization for booking is given to trained / experienced users.

Rules

  • Book either morning or afternoon sessions and preferably not longer than 4 hrs on busy systems.
  • Make sure you are on time (or inform next user.)
  • Work clean and organized and always note in the logbook / report to me, when any hard- or software failures arise.

Booking procedure

  • Note that Internet Explorer is not user friendly for access of the e-agenda. Please use Mozilla Firefox as browser (WUR freeware and available as WUR available software) or by Google Chrome.
  • Click on the link for the microscope you want to book online.
  • Fill in your username and password. and the reservation agenda opens.
  • Click on the date you want to reserve the microscope.
  • Click on create.
  • In the box “calendar text” fill in your SURname or full name (visible in the e-agenda. )
  • In the box “Popup text or URL link” fill in your email address (hidden in e-agenda).
  • Fill in start time and end time (and a personal colour code for letter and fill).
  • Click “Submit” .
  • Click View calendar to see if your subscription has succeeded. 

Reservation cannot be changed afterwards!
