dr.ir. O (Otto) Hospes

Prof Dr Hospes doet onderzoek naar internationale politiek over duurzame landbouw en voedsel. Hij richt zich met name op controverses tussen Europese en Indonesische autoriteiten over duurzame palmolie, als gevolg van unilateraal Europees beleid inzake hernieuwbare energie, ontbossing en due diligence. Hij is een voormalig senior evaluator van het Nederlandse Ministerie van Buitenlandse Zaken en heeft verschillende internationale onderzoeksprogramma's geïnitieerd en gecoördineerd (otto.hospes@wur.nl). Hij werkt intensief samen met Indonesische wetenschappers in zijn functie als Adjunct Professor van IPB Universiteit, Bogor. Enkele
