Agent-based model in rural socio-ecological systems

More grip on area processes is wanted. Agent-based models (ABM) can be of help here, but at present there are only a few of these models that focus on spatial models in which interactions between individuals are included.

This project aims to further develop the expertise in the field of agent-based models and the role of social networks will be explored.

With these agent-based models different types of networks can be simulated. New knowledge can be developed in the field of stakeholder- and planning-processes and can be linked to the existing knowledge on this subject.
