Project

Gaming for fraud prevention

Development of games for assessment of behavioural food fraud drivers.

Introduction
Fraud is economically-motivated criminal activity, so it is pivotal to understand criminal behaviour and decision-making in order to assess and mitigate the risks of food fraud.

Aim
The aim of the project is to discern behavioural traits of people that increase the risk of food fraud, determine activities which will reveal these traits, and use these to develop games for assessments.

Approach
Analysis of behavioural traits associated with frauds; develop activities related to these traits and convert them into games.
